Help with logging in
New to the site?
It's easy and quick to sign up to the LV= community.
To get started, go to 'Create a new account'.
Choose a username and type this in.
Choose a secure password (avoid using children's names or anything easy to guess).
Fill in the other information including your name and the town/region you live in.
Tick the boxes alongside any of the LV= products that you currently hold - this helps us to tailor the community to you.
When you have filled in everything mandatory (and ideally the About Me section too), check that you're happy to tick the box agreeing to our terms and conditions and then click the 'Create new account' button.
If registration is successful, you will then be logged into the community and taken back to the homepage.
If you do have any problems, please email the community manager.
Users of the previous community
For our existing members, re-registering on the new version of the LV= community should be straight forward if you follow the instructions below - but if you do have any problems, please email the community manager.
Firstly, for your security, we ask you to request a totally new password.
Just enter your email address (the one you used on the old community) and we'll email you a new password to log in with.
You should be sent an email containing a new password pretty quickly.
When you receive the email, go to the homepage and type in your email address and the password we have just sent you in the log in box at the top of the page.
This will log you in and you can get started.
You can then change your username to something more personal if you wish and check all your details are correct.
If you don’t receive a new password
Check your email account’s spam or junk mail folder. Unfortunately, sometimes emails are misdirected here even when sent from a respectable source.
If there is not an email from us in your spam or junk folder, please email greg.hollings@freshnetworks.com with your details and one of our team will manually arrange access for you.
